It might be 4-3-3 with Rosales, Huntelaar and Rosenberg up front. I think this is one of the strongest attacking front in Ajax's recent weeks. According to somebody at Ajaxtalk, the line-up might look like this:Stekelenburg

Midfield is looks shaky though, especially with Galasek injured.
Still, Inter is having a bad hair week, a total opposite of Ajax. So, I'm optimistic of Ajax's chance.
